Mark built Classic Towing out of the same Richmond yard that hosts Classic Drywall — and he still picks up the phone himself when a job needs personal attention.
The towing arm started because customers needed it, the equipment was already there, and the team knew the area. Today it's a 25-truck operation running 24/7 with its own dedicated dispatch, but every truck still has the owner's number on the back.
